Classes range from £8 to £9.50 per session, depending on venue.

Are you willing to invest in yourself? We only get one body to last us a lifetime - it's time to give you the love and attention you deserve.

Payment is made in advance half-termly blocks, although I'm very happy for new clients to pay weekly for a few - you'll start to feel the difference and be enthusiastic to "sign up".

Would you like some   1-1 attention to really focus on you?

1-1 sessions can be a great introduction to Pilates, you can "learn the ropes" so to speak. I often have clients book 1-1 sessions before starting a class so they can get to know some basics. It gives me a chance to see how you move and whether you want or need any particular focus or modifications in class.

If you've recently had an operation or an injury, a series of 1-1's can be particularly helpful. I am a Franklin Method Level 1 Educator; my in-depth biomechanical knowledge can really help us to dive deep into helping you to recover and thrive.

1-1's are £50 per hour and I usually travel to your home. I can also hire a venue if you would prefer.

Why not meet up with a friend for some 1-2 sessions? These are fun and clients find them motivational to do together. You'll also continue to get my focussed attention. 1-2 sessions are £70.
